★Welcome!★

★ About Val ★

Valerie Zamora was born in New Jersey in 2004. Born to a Russian mother and Cuban father, she experienced equivalent exposure to both cultures and prides herself in being trilingual as well as multi-cultural.

Valerie graduated at Metuchen High School in 2023 and later went on to major in Game Art at Ringling College of Art & Design. She is expected to receive her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Game Art in 2027.

When it comes to Game Art, Valerie specifically wants to specialize in technical art and exploring the world of how technology can combine itself with visual art style. Valerie enjoys using programming and other various tech resources to develop her work.
During her time at Ringling, Valerie has participated in several collaborative projects, working
alongside industry professionals and game artist peers to create immersive gaming experiences. Her technical skills include proficiency in Unreal Engine, Maya, zBrush, and various other game development programs that support game development.
Valerie has one fat cat back in New Jersey named Chichi. Her favorite color is orange, and her favorite holiday is Halloween. She returns home during semester breaks to spend time making charcuterie boards, playing her electric guitar, and working as a restaurant waitress. Valerie is also a big fan of Batman, and her favorite video game of all time is Batman Arkham Knight. Her admiration for the game's artistic direction and technical achievements has significantly influenced her own creative approach to game design.
